It looks like the keyboard on my Orbit Reader 20 has quit working, with the exception of the dot 8 and forward advance bar to do a system reset. I suspect it's hosed, but in case others here know how to resolve, I'd be grateful for tips. I know repairs will cost nearly as much as a new machine, and I don't have much interest in either at this point as I already had one unit fail in the same way a couple years back.
