@apolaine Whenever I complain about the utter #UX mediocrity of all(!) Google productivity software, I hear two arguments in these products’ favor:

• They’re free (if you disregard the ad terror that you accept in return, of course), and

• They make collaboration so easy!

Not once has anyone actually praised their usability. Ever. Because there is nothing to praise. It’s “good enough” across the board.

People’s expectations for #UX these days are sadly shockingly low.
