But straight faces, is it a joke or a new superstition? Hard to say

So, bottom of the 9th, #Dodgers leading, #Yankees at bat, one out, I made giant clown steps toward the bar and yelled "I'm going to get a beer!"

My new best friend JD ran up and hug-stopped me, saying "No!! I'll get you a beer, what you drinking, IPA? I got it."

And he ran up to the bar, shouting for a drink. I felt terrible - the bartender lady was watching ...
