I've been leaning on this old chestnut a lot recently. It's bitter advice to try and follow, but it's been very true during some times in my life where I thought the something was definitely Very Bad and portended more Extremely Bad Stuff.
Reality is so random, we really don't know what will happen next. And fear is a poor adviser.
