Messing around with reverse engineering an old game, and learning how useful xxd and strings are as tools. 15 years on Windows and I didn't reach for these tools because it just wasn't an option without a lot of friction.
This is making reading random file types a lot less of a problem to deal with.. wish I had learnt this stuff a long time ago! #monogame #linux
