In this weekend's exciting edition of Adulting:

• pulled ivy off a tree it's strangling

• cut grass

• looked forlornly at the amount of work the garden "really could do with". And didn't do it.

• cleaned fish tanks

• 6 or 7, I lost count, washing+tumbling loads

• ironed $child1's school uniform

• agreed Christmas dinner meats with wife and placed order

• submitted secondary school application for $child2

• vacuumed various bits of house

• endless dishwasher cycles

Being grown up is great, kids!
