ADHD folks: I need help. I cannot get motivated to make food for myself, let alone make a decision about what to cook in a reasonable amount of time. Lunch at work is a total disaster because I can't decide when to leave the desk to eat so end up postponing. By the time I'm starving, bad decisions always follow*.
