ADHD folks: I need help. I cannot get motivated to make food for myself, let alone make a decision about what to cook in a reasonable amount of time. Lunch at work is a total disaster because I can't decide when to leave the desk to eat so end up postponing. By the time I'm starving, bad decisions always follow*. Do you have any tips or tricks for prioritizing eating at all/well? #ADHD #StayingAlive #LifeHacks

I was about to post this as well.
Read the first pages, they will reduce your anxiety and culpability.
When you have no more spoons, 2 spoonful of peanut butter IS a decent meal. Anything that keeps you from starving IS a good option.

Eating healthy is better than eating unhealthy, but eating unhealthy is better than eating nothing.
PB has protein, fat, and sugar. There are way worse options than that. This will keep you going until the next meal, and sometimes that's all we can manage, and that's alright.

Back when I was working out of an office I'd batch cook on Sundays, make everything for the week at the same time save maybe some veggies and fruit. Pretty much the same lunch every day, which was a bit boring but healthy and efficient.
Now that I'm remote it's a little more haphazard. I mostly try to force myself to eat healthy foods and it works out.
