I thought “everything everywhere all at once” was amazing when it first came out. I hadn’t seen all the AI art yet. Then around later I watched it again and I realized the scenes where they overlaid endless artwork in quick succession, which I originally understood to be just a mountain of hard work on their part was actually just AI art, it felt so empty. Meaningless.
