It’s that time of year to make sure your lamps are working. What colors are you using?

I just learned that there some connecting nerve cells in our retinas that controls serotonin, dopamine, and GABA, and all the happy hormones. Research is bugger all, when they don’t specify the colors or the patterns precisely.

All I got so far is infrared.
