Volunteered this morning at the Get Your Rear in Gear 5K in San Francisco by the Colon Cancer Coalition folks. They let me set up and tear down the giant fricken colon, so awesome! Great folks, great cause. #ColonCancer #CancerSucks #FuckCancer
