I'd still rather vote for the old man that has a conscience than the guy energetically lying about 80% of his talking points.
And if you think he isn't lying because he believes what he says, then you're admitting he is a delusional narcicist who has lost complete touch with reality.
As a scientist, I cannot handle an absolute disregard of demonstrable facts. It flies in the face of the 2000+ years of human progress since Aristotle and Co.
