So Wise simply replied "that's not our account so we can't help" yeah I KNOW the old details are no longer current, thank you so much for your help ¬_¬
And Stripe replied that the payout had been made and the receiving bank had accepted it no problem. No failure. And that because the bank is not located in the US, Canada or UK, it cannot be reversed.
Pretty great that banks can accept a payment in a name of someone who no longer is their customer and not give it back huh.
