@libroraptor @aligorith Australia has a long history as a boot-licking American Patsy. We've thrown away lives, tagging along at their heels into one stupid, illegal war after another. Antagonized our own neighbours for their benefit.

@TeeCeeGee @aligorith Some years ago I was looking at the prospect of those special non-immigrant work visas that only Australians can get – Bush's payment to Howard for sacrificing Australians in the Gulf War.

People seem to have forgotten about that, even though it's so recent.
