The banana is just right this time. I waited until the peels were starting to really creep me out.

This batch is walnut-forward because I didn’t feel like measuring. Luckily I like walnuts. :blobcatlaugh:

So the extra nuts decreased baking time and gave me enough extra batter for a tiny 4-inch springform loaf.

@sollat I'm much too lazy to do either.

This is my #recipe

• 2 eggs

• 1 cup Splenda

• ½ teaspoon salt

• 1-2 tablespoons lemon zest

• 1 teaspoon Mexican vanilla extract

• ½ cup vegetable oil

• 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

• ½ cup of yogurt

• 1 ½ cup flour

• 2 teaspoons baking powder

Bake for 35-45 minutes at 300F.
