locked civil servants out of computer systems

and offices, with reports of personal items

E.g. this shows what could happen if the ePA (German version of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_health_record) is introduced and the fascist AfD is elected.

German here. I'll tell you what they will do with that data:

They will identify lucrative businesses led by immigrants, they will arrest the owners and force them to write over those businesses to Musk and friends before they deport or kill them.

I know our history. And right now, it IS repeating itself.
