[#]FranklinCovey is a toxic #whitesupremacy club masquerading as good management practices. I’ve started these courses as part of my manager training, and seeing this subject matter opens my eyes to all of the management problems we have.
You cannot “change your mindset” to make the #science work! Time after time we try to develop shit that hasn’t been vetted because they genuinely believe this garbage.
