Following a suggestion from Eva Town (on Bluesky), I've just added my "thumbs down" to the PR to remove inclusive design info from the US Web Design System:
https://github.com/uswds/uswds-site/pull/3078
How about you? 👿

@tink I also took joy in calling the author of the PR an asshole. I know, petty, but I'm not sorry.

@sclower In fairness, that person may have been required to submit the PR against their better judgement. If that’s so, a thumbs down shows them they are not alone in thinking it’s a terrible idea. Could I perhaps suggest you delete your comment just in case?

@tink Fair enough. Will do. My opinion stands, however.

@tink @sclower Nobody is required to do something they disagree with. They can never take away our free will.
That said, let’s not insult people who choose to ignore their morals to preserve their safety. We cannot know how much risk they’re looking at with this decision.

@kerrick @tink I get that. Still, if you comply, you have to take responsibility for your actions.
