@carusb they're person-owned rather than investor-owned (like AG Photo spits) so care a lot more about their work.

@ThatDeafGuy I've given up on AG. I used Filmdev for C41; their dev/scan is good quality and similar prices. if I have too many rolls to self-dev I'll send them to The Darkroom UK in Cheltenham, who have a freepost option and use XTOL, for dev-only (their scan prices, like so many, are daft!).
