Haven’t been able to drink coffee in a couple weeks. The COVID seems to have reconfigured my sense of taste so my once favorite coffee now tastes like charcoal mixed with petrochemicals. I was accustomed to drinking several cups a day. 😩☕️
Trying to be grateful.

@impermanen_ ugh we couldn't handle coffee after covid for several weeks. It did taste normal again in not too long.
Rest tons. Tons and tons and tons. Do not push past your energy envelope. Do not stretch. Do not think you are building tolerance. Just rest. (This was the advice given to me, including with data, and I took it, and ended up getting my life 100% back after a month where I was the sickest I have been in a very long time)

@jnl yeah, I’m probably not resting enough. Body has been like “oh you finally got rid of that fever and excruciating muscle pains and feel some energy coming back? Then how about we start with the nausea and migraines every morning?”
