All of my job leads are banks and bank-like things (grants management, insurance, etc)

The change from 0% to 4% interest rates really disrupted things, I guess that's the goal of central banks, to disrupt a pre-existing trend.

@mistersql being old enough to remember the last time rates were over zero, it’s unsettling thinking about what percentage of the tech world has little experience in that environment, even at the management level for the people who weren’t dealing with the finances back then.
