Are there companies out there that hire Product Owners/Program Managers/Project Managers/Scrum Masters etc. to manage just one or 2 teams/projects/products?
My title is Project Manager, for some stuff I'm more of a Release Train Engineer, for some a scrum master, however you spin it my company now currently considers me the "project manager" for 51 different active projects, spread across several portfolios, and 28 different 'teams'.
None of it gets a lick of what it needs as a result.

@N3VEM 1-2 teams in my experience. (Although I find myself working with 5 at the moment for reasons but that’s definitely not normal nor sustainable.)
