New year – new bike

As I'm writing this, at the start of 2025, I must confess that I'm not planning on buying a new bicycle. That was an option, and of course I considered it. However, buying new seems so utterly wasteful, and upgrading seems to be a far better choice. In fact, I previously wrote about how Upgrade Is The New N+1.

@WilliamNB My Genesis (the old 853 Fugio) got a respray, and some extra bosses added few years back. This pic is from prior to having that done though, as given your post I think you'll appreciate the adornment I have on my bike shed.

@WilliamNB Actually Will, having followed your link to the paint, I think you'll also appreciate the colour of (half) the respray too. I had additional bosses added to enable repositioning bottle cages up or down seat/down tube, plus a set added on the underside of the down tube.
