Do folks have a method for raising the head of their bed (for #POTS and acid reflux) that they like? I like the look of under-mattress wedges, but I'm wary of foam odors since I'm really sensitive to them. (Plus I have a platform bed so I'm worried that any solution will make my mattress slide off the end! 😭)

@eladnarra ooh i've been wondering about this as well! my bed was raised when i was smol due to other medical problems: that was massive and firm cushions from a sofa thing. but we don't have anything like that now ... also i don't want to raise it too much as really i want to be flat 😭
but yes i'm not keen on foam either. husband is thinking putting something under the legs though.

@moonrabbit I've also been looking at risers, but most of them are made of plastic and a few people say they break! Wondering about just cutting up and gluing some 1/2" cork board I have...

@eladnarra we're thinking just some blocks or board of wood ...?

@moonrabbit That works too!
I have thin rectangular bed legs, and I'm wondering if I need to cushion them a bit to make up for putting them at an angle.

@eladnarra oh hmm yes maybe. maybe better to raise the mattress then, rather than the bed? hmm.

@eladnarra in college I knew some who did cinder block thins. So just a small 1-2 inch flat piece under top two legs of bed
