@helenclayton we've just worked out: they've changed the sachets. 😭 we're just starting a new box and the consistency and smell is totally different. no wonder he's suddenly gone off them.

i can't i can't cope with this. we are drowning and they are holding us down. extracting every last penny, creating hurdle after hurdle until we just fall and don't get up again.

i'm so ill and tired and i just can't.

(i'm ... ok. going to get ready for bed now. when husband finishes steam mopping the floors, which he's decided to do at gone midnight because he's really calm right now too. i'm just feeling like the world is falling apart. cause it is.)

and i mean: in this country, you used to be able to see a cardiologist within a few weeks. now it's 6–9–12 months.

it is making people really sick and (almost) no one cares.

yikes. husband's sister's ex had a stroke last week. he's my age. and i'm not old! he had cholesterol issues in the past, but he had also developed heart/vascular problems after he got covid.

after COVID ...

which isn't over. d'you see what i'm getting at? covid!

(he'll be ok, thankfully, but yeah a stroke at this age is. not.)
