I had forgotten about Black Lagoon (2006) - soundtrack rocks!

It can't compete with Cowboy Bebop, but it's fairly high up there.

@ocramius I’m on an anime kick right now (binging shows on Crunchyroll), and Cowboy Bebop is still at the top of my favorites list, so I’ll have to check this out.
