@chris The horror. Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight trilogy suffers the same fate. Someone at Warner Bros. really hates clean, consistent design.

@chris I self-imposed one on myself back in the day. I had the US DVDs of Phantom Menace and Clones but bought Sith from a UK shop.

So the spines were mismatched because Sith had the UK BBFC rating triangle on the side.
