@Taffer No, Taffer, but I am also very weird.

I am one of those people who puts things in the freezer, forever, and eats things years later. My partner, she is sensitive to the tiniest little change in texture like it's some kind of 3rd tier gift from the Gods.

I wonder if this is what's at play with you, but just in terms of microwaves?

@PatrickoftheG I’ve only tested it in things like restaurant food (where it’s defrosted in a microwave because the restaurant is busy), or reheated pasta/rice/noodle dishes.
