Dill! One of the most enthusiastic self-sowers in my garden. I've actually pulled up a lot of it before the seeds fully form, so as not to find myself with a dill farm. Made a dill pesto, but have yet to try it out - frozen for future need.

I love dill, especially with the first potatoes of the season! Both the "leaves" and the seeds are great for pickling, too.

@MelissaBenyon Many pollinators like these small flowers. We use some dill leaf and herbs in the relish Adzhika. Fermented Adzhika is very flavorful. #pollinators.
