Took in 3 laps of Watopia's Waistband on the Zwift Community Ride with James Bailey this afternoon, to end within an hour or so of completing the Rapha 500 challenge. Rapha 500 counter 466.5/500 #cycling #zwift

@lee well done! I don’t know how you do it. I feel fried and I only rode 74 miles this weekend.

@michaelbrien Thanks - I'll be glad when it is over. My legs are ok until the intensity goes up or I throw in a run... but feel pretty empty now.
