I can’t help but think this is the last day for a long time where things aren’t completely eff’ed up. Back to the countless lies every day and the mainstream news once again not focusing on what they should. That on top of the actual shitty things the incoming administration is going to do.

All distances of stages 1 and 2 of Tour de Zwift done. I’m not in shape to race these, but it’s still challenging and I am definitely not Z2’ing.

Stage 4 is going to be awful with all the climbing. I’m going to have to pretend nobody else is there and just concentrate on finishing.

Planned on my second completion of Alpe du Zwift today. Had drinks and snacks set up, had a workout created to try and erg mode my way up, and then almost halfway up my legs decided ‘nope’. Knew I set workout watts high, but hoped my body was up for it.

Before next attempt, need to put flats back on the bike as the SPD’s are squeaking despite me greasing them up. May skip the champagne the night before as well 😜

I love Costco, but 4 out of the past 6 times I’ve been there has been something wrong with their systems and I’ve been unable to get allergy meds. It wouldn’t bug me much if we weren’t limited to one 15-day supply at a time, but we are. 😡

Went to brunch after a Zwift ride and had this chicken fried steak with potatoes and eggs. Eggs and potatoes were delicious.. chicken fried steak was a bit much.

Rode half of Road to Sky on Zwift last night. It was my first attempt. Did a U-turn after completing segment 10 because I was already an hour into it and my legs were shot and I still wasn’t quite halfway done with the climb distance.

Glad I quit when I did as my body is protesting this morning, but looking forward to trying again.. maybe next month.
