Really tough route, my biggest climb in 5 years. Racing in a broad race score category, in a small field with a broad racing score - unlikely to update my racing score in Zwift or ZwiftRacing. #cycling #zwift

Rode at 1.5w/kg with a pacerBot to finish up. Feel overtrained and under fuelled - but I'm really pleased I was able to complete. Article on health and the 500 to follow. Rapha 500 counter 500.1/500 #cycling #zwift #rapha500

Took in 3 laps of Watopia's Waistband on the Zwift Community Ride with James Bailey this afternoon, to end within an hour or so of completing the Rapha 500 challenge. Rapha 500 counter 466.5/500 #cycling #zwift

Final Parkrun of the year, and a good minute or so faster than last week, despite even heavier legs. Bumped into Khurram Shah at the end who I occasionally end up in gratuitous finish line sprints with. #running #parkrun #ukrunchat

So hello again Mastodon.

As the server I recently moved to is closing, I figured now would be a good time to setup our own private server for longevity and stability.

I’m based in Burnley, just a little to the southwest of Scotland - where I live with Vickie, our 6 canine children and hens.
