Four people manning a counter at 10:41 at night to get an entire plane full of people into hotel rooms after keeping us on a plane for two hours that then never departed (obviously).
At this rate, it’ll be time to board the flight in the morning before getting whatever provisions Congress apparently fought for airline passengers. (Talk about letter of the law, not the spirit)

They kept us in a line for over an hour before we magically all received hotel options and meal vouchers on our phones, by which point it was midnight and we had to all shuttle to hotels (off of the airport of course) just to turn back around at 4 am for the 6 am rescheduled flight.

Also, there was an incredibly rude employee going through the line when we were waiting that was telling anyone who’s flight was originating in DFW (they weren’t on a connecting flight like us) that they were responsible for their own transit and lodging since their transit point of origin was Dallas. Not apologetic at all (I’m sure that was part of training) but I was under the impression that a delay of more than 3 hours requires some kind of compensation.
People were pissed.
