December 7, 2024. The red cabbage has shared pigments with the shredded leeks. They spent two weeks fermenting together and agreed to be this color and this flavor. It’s crunchy and lightly bitter. #fermentation, #minnesota, #growyourown, #nodig, #leeks, #sauerkraut
