Lately, my mental health has taken a bit of a downhill turn, and my anxiety attacks are back. But this hashtag kind of helps me see the positive and find some light, both for others and for myself. It’s the small things, one step at a time, right?

@elizach It's similar for me here. Reading through #3GoodThings posts, and composing my own, helps me step out of the anxiety spiral for a few minutes and reset.
