Today having brunch at Bruncho. What a perfect name for a brunch place 😆

We got Turkish Shakshuka and a full Mediterranean breakfast with hummus, and for coffee, a cappuccino with honey and a Maple spiced latte 😋

@cayalo Love shakshuka, we make it every so often, best with fresh tomate from the garden.

@cayalo It's easy. Simmer tomatoes and garlic in olive oil, maybe a bit of red wine, after a bit add onions, season with cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, when it thickens drop in several eggs and feta or Parmesan cheese, sprinkle some cilantro on there and when the eggs are done, feast! Sometimes we'll finish in the oven on broil. As I mentioned, best with fresh tomatoes from the garden. 😋
