@llorenzin it can be hard to find cloud free stuff, but I mostly managed. The presence sensors I had needed cloud for setup, but after that I blocked internet access and they worked fine. Everything else is local. I use Home Assistant as my core. I started with blinds because the glare from the sun on the TV was noticeable. Then temp and light sensors to make the blinds tilt when it got warm. Then lights and presence sensors so I didn’t have to uses manual switches.
