I guess it’s time to create a #Bluesky account.
I love mastodon but non of my IRL friends are here. They say it’s too complicated here yet they are all software, mechanical engineers. I guess no one likes to tinker anymore and I don’t want to go around proselytizing.

And yes I know I can use de bridgy service but that looks clunky as hell and asking every friend to bridge their Bluesky account would be the same as asking them to join mastodon: too complicated.

@psoul doesn’t bridgy just make your posts visible in BlueSky? Or only to those using it as well?

@justinf @psoul turns out... All a person on BlueSky needs to do is follow an account, and then we can interact with them.
That... seems fairly simple! I'm still mucking around with @snarfed.org's bridge tool, but it seems largely intuitive.
