The macro numbers Biden is achieving are the envy of a Trump presidency:

But there are inflation/cost of living problems that a CPI chart doesn’t capture. Biden hasn’t fixed this, and Trump won’t either, most likely.

In other words, Biden is doing well by the standards that Republicans will use to rate themselves. He is not doing as well by real world standards. The chronic injustices remain.

The economic policies going back at least 40 years and the shit heel Republicans and neoliberal Democrats who support such things are at least part of the reason we've got an orange in the Whitehouse again.

Maybe it's time we realize the system that turns the capitalism knob to 11 is just making things awful for everyone but the 1%.

We need to think bigger than political party. But that's just my take.
