Toot

Sometimes I do feel the limits of #gnome! I use the hot corner a lot and for that the Dash's position is kind of ass so I looked around for a way to just move it to the right, ideally at the top right. Apparently there is no setting or extension for that unless I use a Dock which I don't want, why can't basic stuff like that be a setting or at least in Tweaks? :/

@gamey There's the Hot Edge extension. Works great and should be included by default.

@desikn Thanks, that definitely makes live easier in case I can actually retrain my muscle memory any time soon! I still think it's a issue with Gnome tho or at least with the way I view Gnome I guess, in my mind it's the best combination of mouse and keyboard control for both efficient two and one handed usage and that kind of breaks this idea.

@gamey

I haven't tried it, but it looks like you can change the location and functionality of the hot corner with the Custom Hot Corners extension.

@gnomelibre Someone else recommended a extension for hot edges already, it's going to take ages to retrain my muscle memory but those will probably be helpful long term. Thanks for the recommendation!
