ABR Industries just sent me a promo email. I've never bought anything from them or given them my email address. This makes it really easy to cross them off my list of potential coax vendors without even having to decide if their products are good. #spam #HamRadio

@jeffpc I wonder if ABR is who was suspected of skimming emails out of QRZ. I don’t recall all the buzz, and nothing was ever formally stated, but there had been speculation for awhile that a ham company or two was using QRZ as their source for emails for their mailing list.

@N3VEM Given that the email address that they spammed is on my QRZ profile (and given to only one or two other places), there’s a good chance that ABR got it by QRZ scraping.
