if you happened to be the ian spence who owned ianspence.com before i did (around 2007-2009) get in touch, i wanna talk, because we seem to have a weird amount of things in common, and we're both called ian spence???

@jimkennedy @richpuchalsky @ecn and I just saw that the first image that Google image search finds for my last name is an AfD candidate.

But Peter Bechberger of bechberger.de could be working at https://www.renesas.com/en (the name is mentioned in interviews and the company is in Düsseldorf, so it matches all the info I have)

At least by then, he was based in Saint Johns, PA (https://web.archive.org/web/20050205073505/http://www.ianspence.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi/profile/1.html) and there's a matching person on https://www.whitepages.com/name/Ian-M-Spence/Dallas-PA/PJ9eP0vodO8 . Not sure if he's a nice person, though, or just has a humor that I don't get ("Mexicans need not apply.").
