@alexlomas I don't think so, not for me. If the vendor doesn't deal with all that crap for me they can have the goods back and refund me. (Yes I would check the Ts&Cs before ordering to make sure they were acceptable to me. If there's customs and stuff to pay I'll pay a known amount when ordering, not face some random unexpected demand later. Isn't #brexshit wonderful.)

@TimWardCam I mean this is literally the case here and itโs a US import (eBay purchase).
So itโs not unexpected itโs more the method of communication that is less than desired.
