Workshop now has a drill bolted down to a flat surface and, importantly, a fire extinguisher.

Has to be said, somewhat impressed by the build and material quality of the drill for its price.

So that's a bit of a relief tbh. And went a lot better than I had assumed it would. To the extent that my instructor has said there is only so much it is /worth/ us doing before me re-getting my Class 2 medical. (i.e. she wants to send me solo again sooner rather than later).

So I guess that's the next thing; medical and retake all the ground exams [also expired].
