I'm looking for an introduction to someone at @igalia if any of my masto-peeps knows someone? Maybe @astrojuanlu? I want to replicate the Igalia model (as presented by Valerie Young in her excellent "Inside Igalia" talk https://popularresistance.org/inside-igalia-scaling-a-co-op-beyond-100-members/) for scientific image analysis but as a lifelong academic, I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. 😅 So I would suuuuper appreciate some help! 🙏 #FOSS #CoOp

@jni I unfortunately don't know anybody at @igalia but would love to replicate their model as well... 😅

@astrojuanlu @jni I don't recall anyone from @igalia among my mutuals right now, but I do work at Teleco UVigo and we have lots of events with them. I can ask around the school if it comes to that and you need me to; but I'll better wait a couple of days first to see if they respond through here, which is simpler.
