@manawyrm The UTC thing may cause problems (at least some versions of Windows froze during DST transitions for an hour if it was enabled).

I've been running Linux for the past 21 years, been a professional sysadmin for the last 15 years.

It's still inevitable for some usecases to run Windows -- and for those this will reduce the amount of pain involved.

@manawyrm In case you haven‘t heard of it, I would also suggest installing Microsoft PowerToys. It‘s surprisingly good and adds a bunch of missing and/or quality of life features
