@JamesMDonohoe Yup. The fasting starts tonight. Not a radical surgery this time. Spelunking, snipping my delicate bits, and dealing with a really annoying fissure. If the biopsy is good and the fissure can be repaired, I'll celebrate and go back to routine monitoring. If not, the adventure continues.
