I'm getting ready to register my nonprofit next month though right now I'm writing the bylaws. How should members be allowed to join the nonprofit and gain voting rights

1: Members of the server are automatically considered members of the nonprofit and get voting rights

2: Members that financially back the nonprofit monthly get voting rights and are considered a member

3: Only Members of the board get voting rights and are considered a member

Sorry about the downtime due to my stupid ISP snooping through my connected devices I have had to put in a second router between my server and the actual ISP provided router. Now they can no longer see my server this should prevent them from complaining about me using my home Internet for "commercial purposes". Specifically they were complaining about my dell poweredge R620 server
