I'm getting ready to register my nonprofit next month though right now I'm writing the bylaws. How should members be allowed to join the nonprofit and gain voting rights
1: Members of the server are automatically considered members of the nonprofit and get voting rights
2: Members that financially back the nonprofit monthly get voting rights and are considered a member
3: Only Members of the board get voting rights and are considered a member

@snow@floofyand.gay I heard most people do LLCs because it's just less legal trouble. i.e nonprofits have to make reports of what you earn and spend. There's probably similar problems with co-ops but I'm not sure.
IMO better to just have an LLC with (in)formal rules
