So a couple of days ago I had to leave this place before I started lashing out and making an absolute ass out of myself. I stayed away all day yesterday and that's all I needed. I'm in a much better headspace now.

Was in the shower just now and got a real humdinger of a nose bleed. Don't know why exactly, but I was scrubbing my face pretty aggressively and maybe got a too rough around my nose? That's the best I can come up with, anyway.
